User data deletion

Last updated: August 2026. This page explains how to disconnect the accounts you linked to Puck Flip (eBay, Google, Facebook) and how to have the data we hold about you erased. It also serves as the data deletion instructions required by app platforms such as Meta.

Request deletion by email

Write to support@puckflip.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. If you cannot write from that address, include it in the message together with any detail that helps us verify the request (for example your eBay username or the sign-in provider you used).

We acknowledge and process verifiable requests within 30 days. The request is handled by David Coutu, who operates the service.

What we erase

  • Your account record and the profile fields received from Google or Facebook (email, name, provider identifier).
  • Your eBay OAuth access and refresh tokens.
  • Draft and published listings, listing templates and bulk listing jobs.
  • Collection items, watched cards, saved searches, snipes and portfolio history.
  • Your settings and preferences, and your usage counters.
  • The card photos you uploaded.
  • Your billing record on our side. Stripe keeps the payment and invoice records it is required to keep by law; ask Stripe directly for those.

Cached eBay market data is not tied to your identity and is purged on its own schedule (7 days for item caches, 30 days for price engine data), as described in our Privacy policy. We may keep the minimum needed to meet a legal obligation, such as accounting records for payments already made.

If you have an active paid subscription, cancel it from the billing portal before requesting deletion, or tell us in your message so we cancel it before erasing the account.

Disconnect your eBay account

Revoking access at eBay stops any further use of your eBay account by Puck Flip:

  1. Sign in to eBay and open My eBay → Account settings → Site preferences.
  2. Under Third-party authorizations (or “Applications you have authorised”), find Puck Flip.
  3. Choose Remove to revoke the authorisation.

Revoking at eBay invalidates our tokens. To also have the stored tokens and the eBay-derived data deleted from our database, send us the request described above.

If you close your eBay account entirely, no action is needed on your side: eBay notifies us through the Marketplace Account Deletion/Closure endpoint we operate at /ebay/marketplace-account-deletion. We verify the signature of that notification and automatically erase the corresponding data — eBay tokens, listings and templates, collection items, snipes, watched cards, saved searches, bulk listing jobs and portfolio history. Your Puck Flip login and subscription remain, since they are tied to your Google or Facebook identity, and the account simply returns to a state where no eBay account is connected.

Revoke Facebook login

  1. Open Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings.
  2. Go to Apps and Websites (or Business integrations, depending on your Facebook version).
  3. Find Puck Flip and choose Remove / Disconnect.

After removal, Facebook no longer shares new data with us through that connection. For Meta’s own instructions, see Facebook Help: How do I remove an app or game I’ve added? Removing the app does not by itself delete the data already stored on our side — send the deletion request above for that.

Revoke Google login

In your Google Account, open Security → Your connections to third-party apps & services, select Puck Flip and remove access. That stops new Google sign-in data from being shared with us. As with Facebook, use the email request above to have the stored data erased.

Session and cookies

Signing out clears your session on this site. You can also clear cookies for this domain from your browser settings; the session cookie is described in our Privacy policy.

Suppression des données (résumé FR)

Demande d’effacement : écrivez à support@puckflip.com depuis l’adresse courriel de votre compte, avec l’objet « Supprimer mon compte ». Les demandes vérifiables sont traitées dans un délai de 30 jours.

Ce qui est effacé : le compte et les champs reçus de Google ou Facebook, les jetons eBay, les annonces et gabarits, la collection, les veilles, les recherches enregistrées, les snipes, l’historique de portefeuille, les réglages, les compteurs d’usage et les photos téléversées. Stripe conserve de son côté les registres de paiement exigés par la loi.

Déconnexion eBay : Mon eBay → Paramètres du compte → Préférences du site → autorisations tierces → retirer Puck Flip. Si vous fermez complètement votre compte eBay, eBay nous en avise automatiquement via l’endpoint /ebay/marketplace-account-deletion et les données correspondantes sont effacées sans démarche de votre part.

Facebook : Paramètres → Applications et sites web → retirer l’application. Google : compte Google → Sécurité → connexions aux applications tierces → retirer l’accès. Retirer l’application n’efface pas à lui seul les données déjà stockées : utilisez la demande par courriel ci-dessus. Voir aussi la politique de confidentialité.
