Terms of service
Last updated: August 2026. These terms govern your use of Puck Flip (“the service”) — the website, the signed-in tools and the paid subscription offered at this domain. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Who provides the service
The service is provided by David Coutu, entreprise individuelle (travailleur autonome), Québec, Canada (NEQ 2272273188). Contact: support@puckflip.com.
The service
Puck Flip provides tools for buyers and sellers of sports cards on eBay: card identification from photos, market research on active and completed listings, price and profit estimates, listing preparation and publication, collection tracking and auction sniping. It is offered to individuals and to businesses, on a free tier and on a paid subscription. The service is provided “as is”; we may change, suspend or discontinue features.
Estimates, price references and purchase or grading recommendations are informational. You remain solely responsible for your buying, selling, pricing and grading decisions, and for the accuracy and legality of the listings you publish.
Accounts and sign-in
Access to the workspace requires sign-in via Google, Facebook, or another method we enable. You are responsible for the activity carried out under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information where required and comply with Google’s and Meta’s terms when using their login products. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or applicable law.
Subscription, billing and cancellation
- Plans and prices — the current plans, prices, currency and billing interval are displayed on the pricing page and at checkout, and are the ones that apply.
- Free trial — when a trial is offered, its length is stated at checkout. Unless you cancel before it ends, the subscription starts and the first payment is taken automatically.
- Payment — payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive your card number. You authorise recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel.
- Renewal — subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price. We announce price changes before they take effect.
- Cancellation — you can cancel at any time from the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for; access continues until then.
- Refunds — amounts already paid for the current period are not refunded, except where a refund is required by applicable consumer law or where we cancel the service ourselves. Billing errors are corrected on request.
- Taxes — displayed prices exclude any taxes that may apply; applicable taxes are added at checkout.
eBay data
The service displays market data obtained from eBay’s APIs (listings, prices, completed sales, images and related item details). That data belongs to eBay and its sellers, and is licensed to us for use inside this application only. Therefore:
- You may use eBay data shown in the service only for your own internal buying, selling and pricing decisions.
- You may not export, scrape, copy in bulk, redistribute, republish, sell, licence or otherwise make that data available to third parties, in any form, including derived datasets.
- You may not use the service, or the data it displays, to build or train a competing dataset, index or model.
- You may not store eBay item data longer than the service does, or attempt to circumvent the retention limits and caching rules we apply.
- Your use of eBay data must comply with eBay’s own terms and policies, including the eBay User Agreement and the eBay API License Agreement.
We may suspend access immediately if we detect bulk extraction or redistribution of eBay data.
Acceptable use
- Use the service only in compliance with applicable law and with third-party terms (including eBay, Google, Meta and Stripe).
- Do not attempt to disrupt the service, probe for vulnerabilities without authorisation, or misuse APIs, quotas or credentials.
- Do not automate, resell or share your access, and do not use the service on behalf of an undisclosed third party.
- Do not upload content you have no right to use, or use the service to harass others or process unlawful content.
Your content
You keep ownership of the photos, listings and other content you upload. You grant us the limited licence needed to host, process and transmit that content to the providers required to deliver the features you use — in particular the AI identification and image search described in our Privacy policy.
Third parties and trademarks
eBay, Google, Meta, Stripe and our other providers are independent services; your use of their products is subject to their own policies. Affiliate relationships may apply; see our Affiliate disclosure.
Puck Flip is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or certified by eBay Inc. “eBay” and the eBay logo are trademarks of eBay Inc.; all other product names, logos and brands mentioned on this site are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy of market data, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, nor for lost profits, lost sales, missed auctions, pricing errors or losses arising from eBay or any other third-party service. To the extent our liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amounts you paid us for the service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions; in those cases our liability is limited to the fullest extent the law allows.
Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy policy. For removing data, disconnecting eBay, Google or Facebook, see User data deletion.
Termination
You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, for abuse, or where required by a provider or by law. On termination, the eBay data clause and the limitation of liability survive.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Québec, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Québec, Canada have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules that give you the right to bring proceedings where you live.
Changes
We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date at the top changes when we do, and material changes are announced in the application. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
